The K344 steel frame expansion packer is set and unsealed in such a way that no mechanical movement is required during operation. Therefore, there are advantages to operating in horizontal and inclined Wells. It is applied to the construction technology of oil field such as stratified water injection, stratified acidification, stratified plugging, stratified fracturing and drag fracturing.
Working Principle
The K344 steel skeleton packer is composed of six parts: lower joint, floating head, rubber barrel, center pipe, liquid inlet hole and upper joint. The rubber barrel is a three-layer structural rubber barrel with high elastic and high strength stainless steel belt as the skeleton layer.
K344 is a hydraulic expansion packer, mounted, hydraulically set, hydraulically unsealed. The oil and casing ring space is sealed by expanding the rubber cylinder outwards.
