K341 steel frame packer (K341 expansion packer) should be used in oil field stratified water injection, stratified acidification, stratified plugging, stratified fracturing and other construction technology.
Working Principle
K341 steel frame packer is mainly composed of upper joint, locking mechanism, sealing element, center pipe, floating head, lower joint and other components.
During setting, after the packer is lowered into the designed position in the well, the fluid is pressed from the tubing, and the liquid enters the inner cavity of the rubber cylinder from the center tube. The rubber cylinder is hydraulically supported and expanded to make its outer surface close to the inner wall of the wellbore, thus sealing the annular space of the oil jacket. After the pressure is stopped, the single flow valve built into the rubber cylinder keeps the packer set.
When the packer is unsealed, the lifting string cuts the unsealing pin, the center tube and the rubber cylinder are relative displaced, and the internal and external pressure of the packer is balanced, which means the packer is unsealed.

Features
- The construction operation is simple, do not need to change the construction technology;
- Strong adaptability, can be used in a variety of different conditions of oil and gas Wells;
- The valve system can effectively and reliably protect and accurately control the safe setting of the packer;
- The expansion coefficient is large, and the small-diameter packer can be used to seal the large-diameter hole. For example, the ¢70mm packer can be applied in the 7-inch casing, and the failure pressure can reach 28Mpa;
- Small residual deformation. After 15 times of repeated setting with pressure difference above 70Mpa, the deformation of the rubber cylinder is only 7mm;
- Strong adaptability to well diameter, can change with the shape of the hole;
- Sealing section length, reliable setting, both ends of the exposed steel strip can be a good anchor packer, extend the life of the packer;
- Easy to set and reliable to unseal;
- Large pressure difference: working pressure difference 70Mpa, up to 85Mpa;
- High temperature rating: 125℃ -150 ℃, special requirements can reach 180℃;
- Special sand control design, filtration accuracy of 0.01-0.02mm, the use of more safe and reliable, late operation construction is not easy to cause sand jam and other accidents.
