Double slip soluble bridge plug

Double slip soluble bridge plug

Double-slip soluble bridge plugs are mainly designed for short-term temporary plugging during staged fracturing of oil and gas well casing completions. They quickly dissolve after use and avoid drilling and grinding.

Work Principle

The double-slip soluble bridge plug design uses the conventional Baker20#/Baker10# setting tool for setting, and uses a special conversion joint to connect to the bridge plug. After the bridge plug is pumped to the predetermined setting position, the setting tool is The push tube pushes the bridge plug downward to compress the setting. After the bridge plug is set, the thread of the setting tool is cut off, and the setting tool and setting joint are successfully set.

Features

  • Simple structure and stable performance;
  • The central axis and vertebral body are made of high-strength soluble magnesium alloy;
  • Save construction time and effectively reduce oil and gas well development costs;
  • It is suitable for high and low temperature deep wells under different working conditions. The dissolution is controllable and adjustable, eliminating the need for drilling and grinding.
