Use method and attentions
- 1 Clean the thread of casing coupling,coat with thread compound,then connect the float collar and casing coupling with hydraulic clamp.
- 2 Then downhole the casing,when insert the casing into a predetermined depth,wait for the cement solidification.
- 3 In the process of lower casing,attetion should be paid to control casing downhole speed,in case pressure generated by faster release of casing fracture weak stratum.
- 4 Control the pressure difference between internal and external casing hydrostatic fluid,maximium empty depth no more than 600meters.
- 5 When storage,make sure to coat anti-rust oil on surface of threads,when move,prevent thread damage.
